My name is Bret Bernhoft and I am a DJ at the Non-Profit College Radio Station, KPSU, in Portland Oregon. After having been a DJ for 2 years and having seen a great deal of our dollars having gone to the funding of an antiquated AM Signal that has grossly limited our ability to broadcast intelligent content, I am running for Station Manager.

As part of my search to become as educated as possible about our ability to redirect the $60,000 being spent on AM Radio, I stumbled across your article. I find it to be very eye opening and as a result I would like to talk to you about how a Non-Profit can use it's dollars to express its right to freedom of speech.
