He suggested that in order to save money, nonprofits will need to cut back on &quot;fluff&quot; in their budgets, like the &quot;fancy board retreat locations&quot;.  

I&#039;m guessing he was talking to a very small percentage of nonprofits.  Most boards I hear from, like us, seem to have no such board member perks. In fact, we even ask board members to pay for their own lunch during our board meetings!</description>
