		<description>Thanks for your comments.  It&#039;s great to see that the fundamentals are still appreciated.  Going beyond a thank you is a good strategy.  I just feel that at times we feel obligated to do so, when often, all the employee really wanted was some genuine recognition -- and a &quot;thank you&quot; for specific accomplishments, in and of itself still has plenty of value.  Thank you.</description>
