		<description>If only there were different designations for nonprofits so that a neighborhood arts program or a soup kitchen wasn&#039;t tainted by having the same designation as Vince Fumo&#039;s so-called nonprofit that was manipulated for personal gain.  That&#039;s such a source of frustation to the vast majority of nonprofits that have low paid, multi-tasking staff in unglamorous work environments, working on behalf of the public good.</description>
